Osu Traditional Council_2.jpg149.01 KBThe chiefs visited the American diplomat at the U.S. embassy in Accra to bid him farewell. Mr Jackson thanked them for their support throughout his time in Ghana and for their effort in bringing development to their people.
Osu Traditional Council_3.jpg107.04 KBOn Friday, 27 July, his last day as Ambassador, Mr Jackson was presented with a Distinguished Honour Award by the U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, “for his sustained distinguished honour service and leadership in mentoring a new generation of foreign service leaders and successfully advancing U.S. interests around the world with excellence and diplomatic acumen.”
